Shipping Information, Claims, Returns, and Cancelations

  • We currently only offer shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada. 
  • Free Shipping is available to addresses in the Contiguous US Lower 48 states on orders over $125
  • HI, AK, PR, and Virgin Island customers, please note the chart below as some products may not be shipped to your region due to air freight restrictions and/or damage concerns. 
  • Please be aware that shipping to hot and humid climates and prolonged exposure to high temperatures during shipment may cause damage to soap and other sensitive products such as lotions, lip balms, and wax tarts.

Order Processing

Processing times for stocked items is usually 1-3 business days. During times of peak demand, processing times may extend to 3-5 days for stocked items. To ensure that you receive the freshest products of the highest possible quality, some products, such as bulk lotions, lip balms, bath salts, body powders, beard oil, lotion bars, wax melts, insect repellent, and face oils are made to order and may add an additional 1-3 business days to the processing time of an order.

Shipping Carriers

Fedex Gound and Fedex Home Delivery

Fedex is our preferred carrier as they have better tracking and lower costs that Priority Mail and other carriers. Fedex Ground is the default for commercial addresses and will generally require a signature on delivery. Fedex Ground delivers Monday-Friday. Fedex Home Delivery is the default for residential addresses. They do not generally require a signature on delivery and may deliver on Saturday. If you require a signature at a residential address, please select "Signature Required" during checkout. You will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation when your order is shipped.

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate boxes are used to ship packages to addresses in AK, HI, PR, and the US Virgin Islands. Real-time tracking is not available for this service but you will receive a delivery confirmation number to check on the general status. Please note that large orders may be shipped via another freight carrier when shipping to Alaska. 


Damaged Goods: 

On occasion, some of our products may arrive damaged for what ever reason. We will gladly replace damaged goods or credit you for the items, whatever seems best for the situation. We may require proof of damaged goods by use of a digital camera image depending on the situation. 

Incorrect Products: 

Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. If you do receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We are more than happy to work with you to make sure you receive the correct product if we can.

Lost Packages: 

If a package is lost in shipment, please contact FedEx as soon as possible with your tracking number and report that your package has been lost in transit to you. Once you have completed this step, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you and FedEx to get you your product as soon as possible.

**All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be filed within 30 days of receiving your package. If filing after this time frame, Natural Soap Wholesale will not be held liable for these issues.**


For items correctly shipped to the customer based on your order specifications: Our products are handmade and many are made to order, including bath salts, lip balms, lotion bars and other bulk quantity items. For this reason, we do not automatically offer a refund for these products if you would like to return the product. However, if the product is not as described, we will gladly hear your case and a return will be considered. In either case the customer will likely be responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee may be applied. 

For items incorrectly shipped to you: If for some reason we ship you an item that you did not order of that was not processed in the way you requested, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and let us know. We will be more than happy to work with you to come to a conclusion that will suit your needs well.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns on custom or special order items made to correct specifications.

Any items that are altered by the customer after being received may not be returned or refunded. 

Order Additions

Once your order has begun processing by our fulfillment team, no additions may be made to the order.

Order Cancellations

An order may be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, no cancellations will be available. If the order has not been shipped but has been processed, a 25% restocking fee may be applied and deducted from your refund. No refund will be given for made to order items that are cancelled after they have been made. 

Resellers in NC

To order wholesale, tax free, a copy of your NC Tax Exemption Form must be submitted by email to our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and we will be happy to update your account. 

Shipping Custom Materials and Supplies

All custom supplies or materials that are sent to our warehouse must first be approved before shipment. If custom packaging, supplies, or materials are required for a specific order, that order must be placed in advance of the shipment. Please contact [email protected] to make us aware of your shipment and to receive specific instructions on how and where to ship your materials. Materials that are shipped without our prior knowledge may be refused and returned. ADA Marketing/NSW assumes no responsibility for any materials, products, or supplies that are shipped without our prior knowledge and approval.
