Due to the nature of our products and the
inefficiency that returns cause, we do not normally accept returns on
product especially when the product is purchased in multiple quantities
and/or due to the customer "not liking the product". Though we do not
currently offer samples, we also have no minimum order requirement so
that small purchases can be made to test the product first. This is a
safeguard put in place so that returns can be avoided. Therefore,
before ordering in qty, please take advantage of this ability to
purchase single bars or several loaves to "test" the product and making
sure "this is the product for your circumstance".
With the above statement in mind, we understand that
mistakes can happen. Please read the following to see if we will
consider accepting your return and/or refund/replacement:
1) To return soap loaves, they must be "uncut" and the packaging not opened by the customer. We will not accept soap loaves that have been cut into bars (by us or the customer). If product was damaged or is defective, we can offer credit, replacement, or refund (will be determined case by case at our discretion).
2) We do not accept bath salt returns. Bath Salts are made to order. If there is a problem with the salts, you may request a refund, replacement, or credit (will be determined case by case)
3) We do not accept soap bar returns. Many of our soap bars arrive unwrapped/unpackaged, and it would be difficult to determine exactly what environment they were exposed to. Therefore we will not accept returns on soap bars. If there is a problem with your soap bars, please request a replacement, refund or credit (will be determined case by case).
4) We will not accept liquid soap returns. If the container was damaged, we will offer replacement, refund or credit (will be determined case by case).
5) We will not accept bottle, labels, or any packaging returns, no exceptions.
