IMPORTANT: Some products like Liquid Soap, bulky empty bottles and similar may not be able to ship outside the 48 mainland states at a reasonable cost and therefore shipping is not  offered to these areas for these items.

BIODEGRADABLE and RE-USED PACKAGING:

We have been implementing new Geami packaging as a substitute for bubble wrap. So far, Geami has held up well, it saves us space, and is natural (the name Geami actually means "earth friend"). We will continue to re-use filler that we receive from other suppliers, but Geami will probably be the only packaging we buy other than this. This is a picture of Geami Wrap which is basically honeycomb Kraft paper and tissue paper and is manufactured in Morrisville NC.

Fedex Ground:  A preferred carrier, Fedex has better tracking and lower costs than priority mail in general.  Fedex Home delivery does not require a signature by default, so if delivering to a home address and you need a signature please make a note at checkout. Commercial Delivery will require a signature by default.  A tracking number will be emailed to you via Fedex and/or our shopping cart, so you can have real time tracking or you can track on the website.

USPS Priority Mail

We will use priority mail to AK,HI, PR, APO or international in flat rate boxes. With priority mail, Real Time Tracking is not available, but you will receive a "delivery confirmation number" to check on the general status.

Damaged Goods: On occasion, some of our products may arrive damaged for what ever reason.  We will gladly replace damaged goods or credit you for the items, whatever seems best for the situation.  We may require proof of damaged goods by use of a digital camera image depending on the situation.

Local Pickup: We will now allow local pickup at our Fuquay Varina Retail Location (opening February 2011) see details below.
