than to telephone calls, in fact, we may not return your phone call

when your order will ship, and other shipping related information
please visit our FAQ and Information Pages first or login to your
account and click the order you are inquiring about. We set this up for
your convenience. We keep a record of your shipments so that you can
access with your login information.
As noted above, due to the vast number of calls we
receive, it has become increasingly difficult to return phone calls.
Additionally, there is simply too much information for us to explain
individually over the phone, so please read over the website before
